Advanced Recovery Services, Inc. was founded in 1998 by
Patrick J. Dooley and continues to grow and expand as a direct result of today’s business climate and the increased tax burdens directed toward businesses. ARS is a privately held tax consulting firm with a specialization in sales and use tax, real estate tax, and personal property tax. ARS has a large and diverse group of clients that cover the spectrum from small closely held companies, to service companies, to Fortune 500 manufacturers.
